Refund Policy

Anchorclick provides hosted software, automation, messaging, consulting, and related digital services. Because our services involve ongoing setup, hosting, third-party tools, development time, and operational costs, payments are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise in a written agreement.
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the billing period begins.
You may cancel a monthly subscription before the next billing date to avoid future charges. Cancellation stops future billing, but does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period.
Setup Fees, Custom Work, and Consulting
Setup fees, implementation fees, consulting fees, custom development work, audits, diagnostics, and one-time service fees are non-refundable once work has started.
Third-Party Costs
Fees related to third-party services, including but not limited to SMS, email, phone numbers, hosting, domains, APIs, AI usage, software tools, and other external providers, are non-refundable.
Service Issues
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or experienced a service issue, contact us as soon as possible. We may, at our discretion, offer a credit, partial refund, or other resolution depending on the circumstances.
Cancellations
Canceling a service may result in the suspension or termination of related hosted services, automations, dashboards, messaging workflows, integrations, or access to account features.
