Refund policy

Anchorclick provides custom workflow design, AI desktop automation setup, and ongoing maintenance services. Because these services involve manual work and time investment, all payments follow the policy below:

Setup Fee

Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
If no work has started, you may request a refund within 7 days of payment.

Monthly Retainer

Monthly retainer payments are non-refundable once the billing period has started.
You may cancel anytime to avoid future charges.

Deposits

Deposits are credited toward your setup fee and are refundable only if the project does not begin after the initial consultation.
